Help me Obi-Wan You’re my only hope

I decided to have a little break from painting Conan Miniatures and instead went back to my Star Wars figures and painted up the Obi-Wan Kenobi figure from Imperial Assault
its a lovely little miniature but the face does look a bit like George Lucas (thanks to best mate Steve for pointing that one out)
I went for the classic colours with a muted brown palette, I did have trouble with the hair as Alec Guinness had very light white hair and I just couldn’t get it to look right so I went for a deep coloured base and worked up to white slowly. I’m still convinced it’s worked but it looks ok to my eyes
Anyway enough waffle here’s the miniature all ready for games of 7TV and Imperial Assault in the near future

You’re right, now that you mention it, he does look like GL.
