Carrying on from my last post its time to look at my 18mm French army, that I put together for games played in the 100 days
these are based on the I Corp under D’Erlon at Waterloo
1st Division – Général de Brigade Baron Joachim Jérôme Quiot du Passage
1st Brigade – Colonel Claude Charlet
1er and 2e Bataillons, 54e Régiment de Ligne
1er and 2e Bataillons, 55e Régiment de Ligne
2nd Brigade – Général de Brigade Baron Charles-Francois Bourgeois
1er and 2e Bataillons, 28e Régiment de Ligne
1er and 2e Bataillons, 105e Régiment de Ligne
20e Companie 6e d’Artillerie a Pied – Captain Hamelin
I was a little more organised with the French and managed to complete a whole Division so here are some pictures of the 2 Brigades and the artillery
Next up are some Cavalry support
1st Cavalry Division – Général de Division Baron Charles-Claude Jaquinot
1st Brigade – Général de Brigade Baron Adrien-Francois de Bruno
3e Régiment de Chasseurs-à-Cheval
2nd Brigade – Général de Brigade Baron Martin-Alexis Gobrecht
3e Régiment de Lanciers Légère
4e Régiment de Lanciers Légère
2e Companie 1er d’Artillerie a Cheval – Capitaine Bourgoeis II
This Division does also have a regiment of Hussars, which I currently haven’t got but I do have a second regiment of Chasseurs-à-Cheval that can count as them for now. the 2 units of Lancers are currently being painted so I’ll post pictures of them once I get them back. But in the mean time here are the Cavalry
Finally there is a bit of a distraction as I was going to do the 2nd Division of Infantry, but instead decided to some Old Guard, you know because its Waterloo and they might come in handy
Grenadier Division – Comte Louis Friant. Deputy: General Roguet.
1er and 2e Bataillons, 1er Régiment de Grenadiers (Old Guard)
Chasseur Division – Général de Division Morand. Deputy: General Michel.
1er and 2e Bataillons, 1er Régiment de Chasseurs (Old Guard)
and to finish off some overhead pictures of the army
