Combat Stress Appeal

That well known Wargaming Celebrity Henry Hyde has been raising money for Combat Stress for the last few years and has now raised over £25,000 for this well deserving charity, which is a huge achievement.

I do occasionally donate a few pounds to this charity but with the release of the War of 1812 campaign book for Sharp Practice I decided to do something with the royalties I earn and I think it’s only right that some of the money goes to a worthy cause and I don’t think there is one worthier

so for the next 6 months I’ll be donating part of any money I make to Combat Stress, it won’t be a huge amount  (let’s be honest its a book on a very niche period of history) but it’s something and as they say ‘every penny counts’

if anyone wants to join me and donate to the charity here’s a link

Oh, hurrah, sir – I was going to buy 1812 anyway – how nice to know part of that will be returned to a great charity.
